  CANCELLATION POLICY

  For reasons of the general situation that we live with cancellation of flights, changes and quarantines, 100% of the payment will be made on the day of arrival. To guarantee the reservation, it will be requested to leave a credit card when the reservation is made.

  If you wish to make the full payment or part of it and / or make a deposit to secure the reservation, this payment has a cancellation policy:

  More than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid is returned.

  Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 70% of the amount paid is returned.

  Between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid is returned.

  Between 7 and the day of arrival there is no refund of the payment.

   

  * In the event that the owner cannot comply with the stay for reasons unrelated to the company, an attempt will be made to stay in a stay similar to the one contracted to choose from within the range of properties that we manage, in case they are not to the liking of the tenants will be free to cancel the reservation without penalty. By our means, everything possible will be done to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate the appropriate changes for the enjoyment of your stay.

  Information Regarding Covid 19

  In the Canary Islands we work intensely every day so that you can visit us with the maximum conditions of safety, hygiene and quality. To preserve the low epidemiological incidence of the archipelago and guarantee the sustainability of tourist activity, it is essential that all visitors over 6 years of age, who do not come from the Canary Islands, demonstrate by means of a certificate that they have carried out a diagnostic test for active infection for COVID-19 with a negative result in the last 72 hours and approved by the health authorities.

  This certificate is necessary to access this and any other tourist accommodation on the islands. It can be presented digitally or on paper and it must contain the date and time of the test, the identity of the individual subjected to it, the authorized center responsible for its verification and its nature, as well as the negative result.

  Such a certificate will not be required from non-residents who prove -through their travel document- having stayed in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands the 15 days prior to the date of access to this tourist accommodation and who also did not have had symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

  Canarian residents must prove their condition as such and declare under their responsibility the non-abandonment of the Canary Islands in the 15 days prior to arrival at the establishment and the non-presentation of symptoms compatible with COVID-19 in said period.

  This tourist accommodation will deny access to the person who does not meet the conditions previously described. Exceptionally, and in the event that you demonstrate your availability to perform a diagnostic test, we will inform you of the nearest authorized center and allow your access and overnight stay the time necessary to obtain the results.

  Until then, you will not be able to leave your accommodation unit. We recommend downloading and keeping active during your stay on the islands, as well as the 15 days immediately after your return to your place of origin, the RADAR COVID contagion alert mobile application.

  It is located on the northwest coast of Lanzarote and is a nerve center for all kinds of sports and, especially, surfing. Here, the waves and tides are strong, which attracts more experienced surfers who can master them. It's quite a sight to watch these guys and a great way to take great shots. This town is a quiet place with a pleasant avenue that leads to a small port, where the fishing boats give it a genuine and picturesque touch. It also has some good restaurants where you can enjoy a tasty meal. Finally, about 2 km to the east is the peninsula of La Isleta. La Santa is highly recommended if you are looking to spend a day seeing spectacular views of the coast, a pretty town and experienced surfers, seasoned with wonderful seafood cuisine.
