For reasons of the general situation that we live with cancellation of flights, changes and quarantines, 100% of the payment will be made on the day of arrival. To guarantee the reservation, it will be requested to leave a credit card when the reservation is made.

More than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid is returned.
Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 70% of the amount paid is returned.
Between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid is returned.
Between 7 and the day of arrival there is no refund of the payment.
* In the event that the owner cannot comply with the stay for reasons unrelated to the company, an attempt will be made to stay in a stay similar to the one contracted to choose from within the range of properties that we manage, in case they are not to the liking of the tenants will be free to cancel the reservation without penalty. Information Regarding Covid 19
In the Canary Islands we work intensely every day so that you can visit us with the maximum conditions of safety, hygiene and quality. To preserve the low epidemiological incidence of the archipelago and guarantee the sustainability of tourist activity, it is essential that all visitors over 6 years of age, who do not come from the Canary Islands, demonstrate by means of a certificate that they have carried out a diagnostic test for active infection for COVID-19 with a negative result in the last 72 hours and approved by the health authorities.
This certificate is necessary to access this and any other tourist accommodation on the islands. It can be presented digitally or on paper and it must contain the date and time of the test, the identity of the individual subjected to it, the authorized center responsible for its verification and its nature, as well as the negative result.
Such a certificate will not be required from non-residents who prove -through their travel document- having stayed in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands the 15 days prior to the date of access to this tourist accommodation and who also did not have had symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
Canarian residents must prove their condition as such and declare under their responsibility the non-abandonment of the Canary Islands in the 15 days prior to arrival at the establishment and the non-presentation of symptoms compatible with COVID-19 in said period.
This tourist accommodation will deny access to the person who does not meet the conditions previously described. Exceptionally, and in the event that you demonstrate your availability to perform a diagnostic test, we will inform you of the nearest authorized center and allow your access and overnight stay the time necessary to obtain the results.

Historic agricultural area of Lanzarote, in the past it was characterized mainly by the cultivation of tomatoes and onions, with a curious agrarian division. On the land located to the north of the road is where onions are grown, while those to the south of it are devoted to tomato. Currently, most of its inhabitants are dedicated to tourism and services. Among the most outstanding attractions, we can still find old mansions from past centuries, also worth mentioning is the Molina de Mácher. Among the natural attractions we find the Guardilama mountain (the third highest in Lanzarote) or the Tinasoria mountain. In the latter, paragliding and hang gliding are practiced, one of the places most used by fans of this sport, next to the Famara Massif. On the Mácher coast, between Puerto Calero and Puerto del Carmen, there is a rocky area where nudism is practiced, called Barranco del Kikere.
