Holiday house La Vela, on the second floor (access by stairs), double bed, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, sofa bed, dining room-kitchen-living room, WIFI satellite TV and terrace. Located in Puerto Calero, Marina Azul Urbanization with community pool, 10 minutes walk from the Marina. Very quiet place where you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, easy parking. In La Marina del Puerto, you can find themed restaurants, chill out, cafeteria, clothing stores, market, all kinds of maritime excursions, flea market, promenade along the coast. The location of Puerto Calero, on the southwest coast of Lanzarote, serves as a natural shelter for the port from the winds that come mainly from the northeast. The mountains that form the coast, known as Punta Gorda, and the proximity of the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos, they protect it against waves and south-west winds.

There are some wonderful trails along the coast between Puerto Calero and Puerto del Carmen (a leisurely walk takes about an hour) or from Puerto Calero to Playa Quemada (30-40 minutes). These walks, along unpaved tracks, involve some ups and downs, but overall, the terrain isn't too strenuous. These walks are best done during the day, as it can be dangerous to get too close to the cliff edges in the dark of night.
