Texto descriptivo de la politica de cancelación
*The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay 30% of the total price if canceled during the 60 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price.
*The client will have to pay in advance 30% of the total price when making the reservation.
*The remaining payment must be made within 15 days prior to Check-in.
*In the event that the owner can not comply with the stay for reasons unrelated to the company, will try to host a similar stay to the contracted to choose from the range of properties that we manage, if they are not to the liking of the tenants , they will be free to cancel the reservation without any penalty. By our means we will do everything possible to be able to have the satisfaction of the client and to facilitate the opportune changes for the enjoyment of your stay.
